They supplement, and are read together with, the WarDragon &amp; DragonScope Terms of Use and Product License Agreement (the \u201cProduct Terms\u201d), which control in the event of any conflict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Pricing. <\/strong>All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change until an order is placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Payment. <\/strong>Payment is due at checkout through the payment methods offered on the Site. Purchases made by quote or purchase order are governed by the Millenium Products Sales Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Order Acceptance. <\/strong>Your order is an offer to purchase; our order confirmation constitutes acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order \u2014 for example, in cases of suspected fraud or a pricing error \u2014 in which case any amounts paid for the cancelled order will be refunded in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Shipping. <\/strong>Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates. Risk of loss passes to the carrier upon our delivery of the shipment to the carrier. International orders are subject to export-compliance review and may be cancelled and refunded if the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Returns. <\/strong>All sales are final, as provided in the Product Terms. Defects in materials and workmanship are handled under the ninety (90) day limited hardware warranty described in the Product Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Licensed Services. <\/strong>Purchases of the DragonScope service are additionally subject to the DragonScope Service Agreement, available in the Legal menu, which controls with respect to that service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Export Compliance. <\/strong>Products may be subject to U.S. export-control and sanctions laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and applicable OFAC sanctions programs. The purchaser agrees not to export, re-export, transfer, or use any product or technical data in violation of those laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Taxes. <\/strong>The purchaser is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, customs, and government fees, or must provide valid exemption documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Governing Terms. <\/strong>These Sales &amp; Shipping Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The Product Terms, including their warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability, apply to every purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10.
