International orders are accepted, subject to export review, and carry conditions that differ from a domestic order. The governing text is the Sales and Shipping Terms and the Product Terms; this article summarizes them.
Ordering from outside the United States
You can order through the site or by quote. Every international order goes through an export-compliance review before it ships. If the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled to the destination or purchaser, it is cancelled and any amount paid is refunded in full. Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates, and risk of loss passes to the carrier when the shipment is handed over.
What the purchaser is responsible for
- All duties, customs charges, taxes, and government fees at the destination, or valid exemption documentation
- Compliance with U.S. export-control and sanctions law — the products may be subject to the Export Administration Regulations and OFAC sanctions programs, and the purchaser agrees not to export, re-export, transfer, or use them in violation of those laws
- Compliance with local law on drone detection, radio reception, and data protection in the country of use
Warranty
Important No warranties apply to products used outside the United States. The ninety-day limited hardware warranty described in Warranty coverage and how to make a claim covers domestic use only. All sales are final.
DragonScope outside the United States
The DragonScope service can be licensed for a sensor anywhere it can lawfully operate; the service needs an outbound internet connection from the unit, as described in DragonScope and internet connectivity. If you operate under a data-protection regime such as EU or UK GDPR or Brazil’s LGPD, you remain the controller of the telemetry your sensor receives; a Data Processing Addendum is available on request through the contact form.
Before you order
Send the destination country, the purchasing entity, and the intended use through the contact form before placing a large or first international order. That lets the export review happen before payment rather than after, and confirms the quote, shipping route, and any documentation the destination requires.
